Adam Boomer, SWLC Therapist

Adam is the co-founder of Good For Human. He graduated from the University of Montana in 2001, were he played football for the University of Montana. After a two-year stint in the Canadian Football League, Adam pursued his growing interest in behavior and received a Masters of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati.  

For the past 12 years, Adam has continued in studying and working with behavior change. Through this work, he has become fascinated with the building research around the use of psychedelics to treat treatment-resistant depression, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  In fact, his own journey of working psychedelics began when he had to navigate his own PTSD and trauma. 

To Adam, supporting clients integrating their psychedelic experiences into improving or transforming clients lives is truly an honor. Adam is a loving compassionate coach who believes you have everything inside you for your healing.  

In 2019, Adam was certified in life coaching. He has as passion for helping clients integrating mind, body and spirit to support clients on their journey.  With interest in whole health and wellness which culminated in Adam becoming ayoga instructor in 2021. Adam’s diverse professional and practical experience helps support his clients move from coping to growing and thriving.  

Adam has a passion for yoga, kayaking, skiing, hiking and biking. He loves to cook and work in the garden with his wife and children.  Spending as much time as possible in the diverse ecosystems of Montana is one of the many ways Adam grounds himself and his family.  

Kristin Boomer, Somatic Sex Educator

Kristin is a Certified Sexological Bodyworker through the Institute of Sexological Bodywork.  She has been researching pleasure, intimacy, and sex as a hobby most of her life and is decided to sharing it with our community.  She love witnessing others' journeys and holding space for them to find their way.  

Co-founding Good for Human has been a consummation  of her life's path. Kristin spent ten years as a social worker. Stepped into the world of connecting through fascia as a bodyworker for the next ten years.  She is a certified yoga teacher which is where she started to embody all that she has learned. To breathe and slow down and ground into our bodies.   Other training include: B.S. in Sociology and Psychology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Gua Sha for Myofascial Release, Precision Nutrition, teaching groups in educational and retreat settings.  

Kristin likes to meet you where you are.  She works with a curious grounded approach.  All genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, body sizes, and ages are welcome. 

Kristin’s family is her greatest gift in life.  She has the honor to connect and communicate with her partner who gives her space and support  to grow and love deeply.   Kristin gets to learn from her kiddos everyday.  She loves to dance, be in nature, warm things, laughter, passionate humans, gardening, and having deep connections with others.
